Thank you for visiting my site. My name is Lester Zwicker. I have been a born again Christian since May 1996. Before this I would have been considered an atheist. I did not believe in God, Heaven, Hell or anything else of a spiritual matter. Actually because of a past friend of mine I was quite involved in Astrology until just shortly before my conversion.

In the 5 years or so before I became "born again" I had, my "wife to be" at the time; and some co-workers who were Christians witnessing to me. Looking back I was very hard on them, thinking I knew better with my evolution ideas that I had been taught in school; and some thought because of my ignorance toward biblical issues, I would never come to the Lord. It was because of their persistence and also I began to read a book "There's a New World Coming"; that was the beginning of my eyes being opened. There came a point that I started to believe there was a God, but I knew I still was not a Christian. There came a point after much reading I started to pray that God would help me to know for sure and come to Him, and after about 2 months I finally repented of my sin and asked Jesus into my life.

I don't really think of myself as a Baptist but as a Born-Again Believer. I have been involved in teaching, speaking and preaching from time to time and involved in other areas of the Church..

About a year ago in the spring of 2007 I thought I would like to design my this, my 1st Website ( recently updated with a new look ) so I could share God's word with others and after I spent some time learning some basics of Webpage design I have come up with this site.

If even one person is encourgaed in their walk with the Lord or if even one was to give their life to Jesus because of something they read on my site, it would be all worth it.

I know it is not me that saves anyone, but if the Lord can use me as a vessel to carry His word to others, I know He is the one that gives increase to His word and draws someone to Him.

My Statement of Belief


I believe in the Trinity: God The Father, God The Son, and God The Holy Spirit are three Persons present in one God.

I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, and is God, born of a virgin, crucified as punishment for the sins of mankind, resurrected on the third day, ascended into heaven, and is coming back to rule and reign forever.

I believe that the only way to eternal salvation is through personal belief that the blood of Jesus is all-sufficient for the penalty of sin and an acceptance of him into your life as Lord and Saviour.

I believe in salvation by grace alone, and that salvation is immediate and eternal upon acceptance of Jesus as a one-time sacrifice for your sins, and not obtained through any works, sacraments, traditions or merits of our own.

I believe that ‘Water Baptism’ is not required for salvation; but we are commanded to be baptised after becoming saved as an outward sign to the world of what we truly believe on the inside. The order is always, hear the word, believe and then be baptized as outward proof of an inward change. Baptism will not save you, or will any other good work for that matter. Baptism and the Lord's Supper are the two symbolical ordinances of the New Testament.

As in the Lord’s Supper the bread and wine used are symbols of the great work of Christ, so in water baptism the work of the Holy Spirit is seen in the act of immersion in water in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. Baptism signifies a confession of faith in Christ, a cleansing or washing of the soul from sin and a death to sin and a new life in righteousness.
